Rusk Eel Canning is a food company, based at Salzhafen in The Sudmark. The company was founded on 12 November 1982 by Klaus Rusk and has traded for 18 years.

Rusk Eel Canning provides a full range of food services from its headquarters at Salzhafen. We are committed to our customers, our staff and the town that made us. Our products are in every region of the country.

Our founder. Klaus Rusk, programmer, was born at Vellmar on 8 May 1930.

Our range

We offer eel in tins, smoked and pickled to customers throughout the country.

Sold at Salzhafen and through dealers in every region. The town has 2 other food houses; ours is the one with our name on it.
